Welcome to
Spay Stokes is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization that provides financial assistance to Stokes county residents to have their companion pets spayed and neutered. If you are in need of assistance, please check our income guidelines to see if you qualify. Proof of income is required to process your application. The best way to reach us is by phone, text or email. Please keep in mind that the phone is manned by one volunteer and you must leave a voicemail. We will return your call within the same day (Monday-Friday). Phones are on Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm. **UPDATE** We are now able to process cat applications (as of November 11, 2025). Due to limited availability, we are unable to alter more than 2 cats per household* If you have outside feral cats, please contact us with more information. If you submit an application for assistance, you should receive an email from us within 48 hours. You will only be contacted via email so please check your spam folder also if it is your first time contacting us.
