Spay Stokes is a 501 (c) (3) non profit organization that provides financial assistance to Stokes county residents to have their companion pets spayed and neutered. If you are in need of assistance, please check our income guidelines to see if you qualify. Proof of income is required to process your application. The best way to reach us is by phone, text or email. Please keep in mind that the phone is manned by one volunteer and you must leave a voicemail. We will return your call within the same day (Monday-Friday). Phones are on Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 5:00 pm. ** Due to limited availability, we are unable to alter more than 2 cats per household* If you have outside feral cats, please contact us with more information. If you submit an application for assistance, you should receive an email from us within 24- 48 hours. You will only be contacted via email so please check your spam folder also if it is your first time contacting us. Proof of income MUST be submitted via our email address and must be a W-2 (with YTD), a current or previous check stub for that year only, the first page of the current year tax return. Failure to email this information will result in your application not being processed.
